Each guide provides step-by-step instructions for planning and presenting a dynamic and informative six-hour workshop. Three-ring training binder includes instructions for conducting learning activities, presentation tips, reproducible handouts, follow-up assignments, transparencies, and CD PowerPoint presentation. 

The guides are flexible and adaptable. While they can be presented as one-day workshops, the activities, handouts, and transparencies can easily be adapted for use in shorter segments or as part of a college class spanning several months.
