Trainer’s Guides

Trainer’s guides are available for each of the books in the Director’s Toolbox Management Series. Each guide provides step-by-step instructions for planning and presenting a dynamic and informative full-day workshop. The trainer’s guides include instructions for conducting learning activities, presentation tips, reproducible handouts, follow-up assignments, sample flip charts, and a Flash Drive PowerPoint presentation.

Trainer’s guides are easy to assemble. You will receive a Flash Drive that includes a downloadable version to print out and insert in a 3-ring binder. The cover, spine, and tabs are included in the packet you receive along with the PowerPoint presentation.

The guides are flexible and adaptable. While they can be presented as one-day workshops, the activities, handouts, and PowerPoint slides can easily be adapted for use in shorter segments or as part of a college class spanning several months.
